Whatever you are doing, work at it with enthusiasm, as to the Lord and not for people, because you know that you will receive your inheritance from the Lord as the reward. Serve the Lord Christ. – Colossians 3:23-24

All that we do, all of our time and talents, are gifts from God.
When you love someone you look for ways to please them. You take joy in giving them joy. Things that seem dreary or difficult are transformed. You are attentive to what they want, and you do it with all your heart.
Each day is an opportunity to show our gratitude for God’s love and love Him in return. What could seem routine turns into joyful acts of affection. We are doing the work of the One who loves us, and there is also a great reward in front of us—our inheritance as children of God! Can we even begin to comprehend how amazing that is?
Get excited about working for the Lord!
